Japan Golf Fair 2013

Today begins the annual Golf Fair of Japan. The event is hold in the Tokyo Big Sight, the largest International Exhibition center of Tokyo.

Last year the Exhibition was visited for more than 51.000 persons, as the official site shows. The public who attended was divided into 3 categories:

Business: 17.646 visitors
Public: 33.230 visitors
Journalist: 714 visitors
TOTAL: 51.590 visitors

Pro & Media

It's quite impressive how media is in Japan for Pro golfers. Its so common to see Pro players in any advertisement or TV commercials. At the top of the ranking of Media is Ishikawa Ryo for men's golf, who is really and idol here when is still at his teens. You just only have to check the army of reporters, photographers and so on following any of his rounds.

But it's almost so impressive how ladies golf is on the top of the media, even it has a huge market than men's golf. There are many products just ladies as fashion, complements and an endless list of stuff. Actually one of a big group of top level ladies Pro is Momoko Ueda.
